We came across Vicky through a mutual friend who already has one of her lovely Labs. It's difficult to know how to choose the best breeder for you, but with their excellent review of the setup at Nook on Lyne and following a great conversation with Vicky we signed up to the waiting list.
Nova is a wonderful addition to our household - we were looking for a bold but calm puppy who could cope with horses, and also some working days. She has settled in amazingly well and her confidence is shining through. Vicky and Mike make sure their puppies have the very best, and truly care that they are going to a great home.
As first time puppy owners it was great to see their development weekly and have time to ask questions, and you end up feeling a lot more confident that you have the knowledge to give your puppy the best continuity of care. We also really liked the puppy matching process (and there are a few other lovely personal touches Vicky throws in which I'll leave as a surprise!).
If you want to pick up a puppy next weekend, this is not the breeder for you. But if you want to invest time in making sure you get a puppy from a couple who truly care for ethical breeding of the highest standards, I can't recommend Nook on Lyne enough.
